How to look up a case using the Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania

1. Click on the UJS of Pennsylvania link below.
   http://ujsportal.pacourts.us/DocketSheets/CP.aspx
2. If you know the OTN number (given at the preliminary hearing), click the drop down box labeled “Search Criteria” and select “OTN.” If you do not know the OTN, you can also search by Participants’ Name and Police Identification Number.
3. Open and view dockets by placing cursor over the blue magnifying glass located on the left side of the search results.
